Firstly because I have done diligently what I'm supposed to do to obtain results which is drinking water regularly and writing down everything I put in my mouth (even sweets). Secondly, if I had done this properly every week, I would have got my pre-Mila* figure months ago but anyone trying to lose a few pounds know how difficult it is to stay motivated, on track and focused for more than 3 or 4 weeks so there we go...this week was a good week!
So it's kind of topical to show you this beautiful Italian kitchen spotted on MILK magazine.
Gosh... I love it! I can't work out if the massive black block hides cupboards (can't see the hob either) but it looks beautiful and striking and if I had the space, I would have added the beautiful wall light by Jean Prouve but if you're aiming for a similar look on a budget, the pipe lamp and this New-York black & copper light are great alternatives

J'ai perdu 1.6 kg sur la balance ce soir alors je ne vous dis pas comment je suis méga excitée
bien que si j'étais vraiment honnête avec moi-même, y a pas de quoi s'en vanter. Primo, ca a marché parce que j'ai suivi les règles au pied de la lettre, c'est à dire j'ai bu mon litre 1.5 lt d'eau et j'ai noté tout ce que je mangeais (oui même les bonbons!) et deuxio, si j'avais fait cela chaque semaine, j'aurais retrouvé ma silhouette avant-Mila (genre la gamine a 7 ans), il y a des mois.
Mais bon, voila...toutes celles qui essaient de retrouver leur ligne savent que ce n'est pas toujours facile de rester motivée et focalisée donc voila, cette semaine c'était bien et boum! 1.6 kg en moins
Du coup, je vous montre cette belle cuisine vue sur MILK magazine.
Je l'adore! Je n'arrive pas à voir si le gros block noir cache des placards (je ne vois pas ou est la gazinière également) mais c'est vraiment très beau et du plus bel effet.
Si j'avais l'espace, j'aurais ajouté cette magnifique lampe de Jean Prouvé à ma liste pour le Père Noel (le mien est très branché design) mais si vous souhaitez obtenir un look similaire à moindre frais, la lampe pipe lamp et cette lampe New-York noir & laiton sont de très chouettes options.

I love the place even if I guess they may be not cook very often there... and regarding your pipe lamps... it's on my list for Lezarde project 2013... or 14 let's see... to uplight kitchen "work-area"!! sure you love!

Amazing kitchen! Minimalism done right. It makes me want to hide away all my clutter, but it's easier said than done, right?

haha lets not talk about weight please, I am off to Gran Canaria for 5 weeks where I hope to get in shape, with this weather the last thing I want to do is go for a long walk in the park or even do my dear pilates classes, instead i recover from colds and stay cosy at home, what a kitchen!! I just renovated the bathroom and the kitchen will have to wait fro another 10 years...unless the crisis end in 2013...
